This site is the official Gaoye catalog, and the ordering itself happens with our retail partners. When you hit the availability button on a product page, you land in the partner checkout, and their logistics take over from there.

Short version: we curate and describe the glasses; the partner packs and ships them. Delivery terms on the partner page are the ones that count.

Typical delivery windows

Standard delivery inside the continental US usually runs 2 to 5 business days.
Expedited options, where offered, cut that to 1 or 2 business days.
Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may add a few days depending on the carrier.

What arrives in the box

Glasses ship small and light: even a 6-pack is one padded envelope or a compact box. Most listings include soft pouches or cases and a cleaning cloth per order; the exact accessory list sits in the product specs. Multipacks with mixed colors ship as one parcel, and the mix is picked at the warehouse.

Tracking

Tracking numbers come from the partner by email after dispatch. Questions about a shipment in transit go to the partner support team; they see the parcel, we do not.

Unboxing note

Frames can arrive with the temples folded tight against the lenses and a protective film on some metal parts. Peel the film, wipe with the included cloth, and check each pair in a multipack before the packaging goes out with the recycling.
